How we run the room.
Clear rules so we can spend more time on the work and less on the admin.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellation
All deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel, the deposit stays with the studio.
Rescheduling
A minimum of 30 days notice is required to reschedule an appointment and transfer the existing deposit. If less than 30 days notice is provided, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Lateness
We hold the chair for 15 minutes. After that, we may need to reschedule and the deposit is forfeit.
Age & ID
You must be 18 or older with a valid government issued ID. No exceptions for any reason.
No shows
No show forfeits the deposit and may end your booking access at the studio.
Refunds
Tattoos are a service and are nonrefundable once started.
Design & revisions
Your artist will share the design before your appointment. Small adjustments are part of the process; full redesigns may require a new appointment.
Touch ups
One free touch up is included within 90 days of healing, on the original piece. After 90 days, touch ups are charged at our shop minimum.
Guests
One guest is welcome. We keep the studio quiet, so no large groups or kids in the chair area.
Health
Please let us know in advance about anything we should be aware of: pregnancy, blood thinners, recent surgeries, or skin conditions in the area.
